About the role#
As a Summer Associate in the Business Services group, you will join our Corporate Finance team for the summer of 2028. This role provides exposure to a variety of investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that offers significant responsibility and direct interaction with senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze financial statements to support transaction work.
- Evaluate general and industry-specific economic conditions and developments.
- Analyze acquisitions, divestitures, and investment attributes of both public and private companies.
- Collaborate with team members across the firm to support client objectives.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an MBA candidate with an expected graduation date in 2028.
- A foundational knowledge of and interest in corporate finance.
- Proven leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Generative AI tools to improve workflows.
- A fundamental understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.

- The role is full-time and on-site.
