About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the private accounting sector. You will support various departments as they carry out business transactions and projects. The program lasts 10-12 weeks, running from late May through early August 2027. This is a full-time, hourly position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
What you'll do#
You will focus your work on one of the following areas:
- Cost Accounting
- General Accounting
- Internal Audit
- Tax
Beyond your daily tasks, you will participate in development sessions, build your professional network, and interact with leaders across the organization.
What you'll need#
- You must be a student majoring in Accounting or Finance.
- You must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
- A 3.0 cumulative GPA is required.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- You will need access to a personal motor vehicle to commute to the workplace.
Location & details#
This is an on-site position based at our corporate headquarters in Austin, Minnesota. The role is paid, and you will receive compensation on a weekly basis. We provide housing assistance, reimbursement for eligible relocation expenses, and reimbursement for approved business-related costs. You will also accrue paid time off and have the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) plan with a company match.
