About the role#
Our Las Vegas office is looking for a Civil Engineering Intern to join the Aviation Group for the Summer 2027 term. This role supports our teams as they plan, design, and deliver infrastructure projects for airports. You will perform basic engineering tasks that reflect your current coursework and gain exposure to airport planning, design, and construction support.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineering teams with daily tasks and project duties.
- Help with the research, development, and design of various projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
- Perform basic engineering calculations and organize information for project documentation.
- Learn introductory shop drawing and submittal procedures.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary Civil Engineering program.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A basic understanding of engineering, geometric, and algebraic principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to accept and apply direction from peers and supervisors.
- Completion of at least 2 years of an engineering program is preferred.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
