About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Dallas, Texas, for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site to assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment strategies, employment branding, and campus outreach. This role requires at least 20 hours of work per week in the office.
What you'll do#
- Manage logistics for campus recruiting, including registering for events and tracking materials like banners and giveaways.
- Plan shipping routes for event supplies and coordinate schedules with attending employees.
- Build candidate pipelines and track communications following career fairs.
- Promote employment branding initiatives and attend weekly team meetings or Quarterly Hiring Summits.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build relationships with firm leadership and pursue top talent.
- Support Social Equity goals and objectives while learning about sustainable workplace practices.
- Develop an understanding of the firm's financial operations, including overhead and chargeable time.
- Handle campus feedback and questions during the recruiting season.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a professional degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Up to two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of hiring policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds.
