About the role#
This internship offers a chance to join the in-house Legal team at a global hospitality company. You will support the team in guiding legal activities to ensure protection and compliance with business obligations. This is a full-time, 10-week summer program based in our McLean, Virginia office. The internship runs from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027, and pays $29.00 per hour plus a one-time $2,500 stipend.
What you'll do#
- Support your assigned team by preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Take part in learning workshops and networking events with team members and fellow interns.
- Help develop new ideas and solutions to encourage innovation.
- Manage tasks and collaborate with your team using your communication and organizational skills.
- Deliver a final presentation at the end of the program to showcase your experience and key learnings.
What you'll need#
- Ability to commit to a full 10-week, 40-hour per week program on-site in McLean, VA.
- Status as a first or second-year law student, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Interest in working within a Corporate Law Department.
- Experience in a leadership role within your community or a student-run organization.
- Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Academic background in fields such as Political Science, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Criminal Justice, Philosophy, History, or Communications.
