About the role#
Hillstone Restaurant Group offers a summer internship for students entering their senior year. This program focuses on the full scope of restaurant operations, with a primary emphasis on daily service. You will work alongside our teams to learn how we run our restaurants.
What you'll do#
- Apprentice in staff-level roles to understand the foundation of our service.
- Learn management functions including hiring, training, and coaching staff.
- Assist with inventory management and P&L oversight.
- Participate in the daily operations of an assigned restaurant.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising senior in college.
- A serious interest in a career in restaurant or culinary management is required.
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site at one of our restaurant locations.
- Placements are determined by fit with an operating team. We have locations across the country, including Santa Barbara, CA, East Hampton, NY, and Aspen, CO. Relocation may be required based on your assigned location.
