About the role#
This summer internship offers rising seniors a look at the restaurant business. You will focus on daily operations and service. We place interns with an operating team at one of our restaurant locations. You will work on-site throughout the summer term of 2027.
What you'll do#
Most of your time involves apprenticing in staff-level roles. You will also learn about management functions, including:
- Hiring and training staff
- Coaching team members
- Managing inventory
- Overseeing P&L statements
What you'll need#
We look for candidates with a serious interest in a career in restaurant or culinary management. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but is not required.

- Locations: Dallas, TX; East Hampton, NY; Aspen, CO (and other sites across the United States)

- Status: Full-time and paid
- Note: Relocation may be required based on your assigned operating team
