About the role#
This summer internship is designed for rising seniors interested in a career in restaurant or culinary management. You will be exposed to the business in its entirety, with a primary focus on daily operations and service. Placements are determined upon hire based on fit with an operating team at one of our locations across the country.
What you'll do#
- Apprentice in staff-level roles to understand service operations.
- Gain exposure to management functions including hiring, training, and coaching.
- Participate in inventory management and P&L oversight.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising senior.
- A serious interest in restaurant or culinary management.
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to relocate if assigned to a location outside of your current area.
- Successful participation in E-Verify for identity confirmation.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources, or Operations Management.
