About the role#
As a Culinary Intern for Summer 2027, you will work with our Culinary, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. You will gain experience in how culinary ideas move from concept to reality. This full-time, paid internship runs for 12 weeks from late May through mid-August. You will work on projects that support the development, testing, and maintenance of our products.
What you'll do#
- Assist with product tastings and evaluations.
- Support the management of Test Kitchen and Research & Development equipment.
- Prepare samples and manage inventory.
- Conduct shelf-life tests, sensory analysis, and ingredient reviews.
- Complete various research, testing, and product excellence initiatives.
- Ideate, develop, and present a new menu item concept to leadership at the end of your internship.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Agricultural & Life Sciences, Food Science, Culinary Science, or a related program.
- At least Junior status in your degree program.
- Restaurant experience is highly preferred.

- This role is based on-site at our Support Center in Prairie Du Sac, Wisconsin.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
