About the role#
The Communications internship at Ingalls Shipbuilding provides students with practical experience in administrative roles. This position is a paid, full-time opportunity during the summer of 2027. You will work a 40-hour work week for at least 10 weeks.

What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age by mid-May 2027.
- You must be enrolled in a degreed program that supports business requirements, such as Business Administration.
- You need a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You must attend an undergraduate or graduate program in the fall following the internship.
- You must successfully complete a criminal background investigation, a physical, and a hair follicle drug screen.
- When applying, you must provide your school name, degree program and major, anticipated graduation date, current academic level, and overall GPA.
