About the role#
The Producer Support Analyst Undergraduate Intern will join the Producer Administration and Relations team at United Concordia Dental. This role offers practical experience in producer lifecycle management, sales operations, and data analysis within the dental insurance industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support day-to-day operations and contribute to projects that enhance digital tools for brokers and internal partners.
What you'll do#
- Support producer administration, sales operations, and digital platform enhancements.
- Assist with the verification and maintenance of producer data.
- Run and analyze operational reports.
- Monitor producer licenses and appointments.
- Help with commission payment processes.
- Conduct research and develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of team projects and initiatives.
- Communicate with colleagues and external constituencies.
- Engage in related studies or enrichment programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program, either full or part-time.
- Progress toward a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Location & details#
- This is a remote internship for the Summer 2027 term.
- The position is part-time and paid.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. independently, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
