About the role#
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to support our growth lead. You will turn strategy into live, optimized campaigns across paid channels, affiliate, and influencer programs. This role involves working across Google, Meta, YouTube, and Apple Search Ads as we expand our reach. We need someone who enjoys analytical rigor and creative experimentation.
What you'll do#
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across various platforms.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research and adjust budgets based on performance.
- Set up and run A/B tests and structured experiments.
- Help manage day-to-day influencer operations.
- Analyze creative performance and identify top performers.
What you'll need#
- Hands-on experience in growth marketing or paid acquisition.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Comfort pulling keyword reports and managing budgets.
- An analytical, detail-oriented approach to your work.
- Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal hand-holding.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Data Science.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- The role is based in Los Angeles, California.
- This position is on-site at our office 3 days a week.
