About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience within the HR compensation function at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. You will work alongside industry professionals to understand how the company classifies work and manages pay components, including base salary, bonuses, and stock. The role involves supporting global organizational measures and participating in a center of excellence model.
What you'll do#
- Audit information with high attention to detail.
- Analyze compensation data and build reports or dashboards.
- Create training materials and documentation to support HR, people leaders, and team members.
- Develop new ways of thinking to improve existing processes.
- Gain insight into organizational budgeting and country-specific considerations.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising senior graduating in May 2028.
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in General Business, Business or Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in mathematics and Excel.
- Experience as an active leader on campus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative, solution-focused spirit and a sense of urgency.
- The ability to ask smart questions and research independently.

- Location: Spring, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week in the office.
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: Hourly rate of 26.00 to 30.00 USD.
