About the role#
The Trade Marketing & Operations Intern will support the Saint-Louis Crystal brand within the Hermès Group. You will work with a team to manage sales and marketing operations for the United States and Canada. This role involves collaboration with boutiques, wholesale accounts, logistics, and communications departments, along with the head office in France. As part of the Generation H internship program, you will also engage in a learning-focused guest-speaker series, work with a mentor, and collaborate on a capstone project.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily operations, including coordinating loans to press, stores, and events.
- Coordinate special projects such as trunk shows, sales tools, orders, and product delivery.
- Create, develop, and distribute sales tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting on sales, product rankings, and inventory analysis.
- Support merchandise forecasting and the digital development of the brand.
- Ensure consistent product display in stores and assist with assortment proposals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organized approach with solid analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Interest in design, home decoration, and the luxury market.
- Ability to work effectively with others while maintaining autonomy.
Location & details#
- Location: Manhattan, New York.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11th to July 2nd, 2027).
- Modality: On-site at the Hermès US corporate headquarters.
- Compensation: Paid at an hourly rate of $20.00.
- Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (15 to 35 hours per week) options available to accommodate academic schedules.
