About the role#
This internship is part of the Talent Development team within the Human Resources department. You will support the employee engagement function, which includes internal communications, employee events, and recognition programs. You will join the Generation H program, which includes a guest-speaker series, mentorship, and a collaborative capstone project.
What you'll do#
- Write internal announcements and narrative editorials for the global employee-facing intranet and digital signage system to share stories about our Corporate, Retail, and Service Center teams.
- Maintain the local intranet site and app by publishing new content, updating existing pages, and working with department publishers.
- Support the planning and execution of internal employee events, including managing invitations, catering, decor, and on-site setup.
- Assist with the management of internal recognition programs, including annual programs, anniversary celebrations, and digital appreciation boards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) as a junior or senior.
- Interest in a career within human resources, internal communications, or special events.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment.

- Location: Manhattan, New York.
- Term: July 13, 2026, to December 18, 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid at an hourly rate of $20.00.
- Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (15 to 35 hours per week) options available.
