About the role#
This internship is part of the Talent Development team within the Human Resources department. You will support the employee engagement function, which includes internal communications, employee events, and recognition programs. As a participant in the Generation H program, you will gain professional experience, attend a guest-speaker series, partner with a mentor, and collaborate on a capstone project.
What you'll do#
- Partner on writing internal announcements and narrative editorials for the global employee-facing intranet site and digital signage system.
- Maintain the local intranet site and app by publishing, updating, and removing content, and coordinating with department publishers.
- Support the ideation, planning, and execution of internal employee events, including managing invitations, catering, decor, and event logistics.
- Assist with the management and execution of internal recognition programs, such as the annual program, anniversary program, and digital appreciation board.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) as a junior or senior.
- Interest in a career in human resources, internal communications, or special events.
- Strong written communication skills and a creative approach.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Technological proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Location: Manhattan, New York.
- Term: Summer 2026 (July 13, 2026, to December 18, 2026).
- Work Modality: On-site at the corporate headquarters.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
