About the role#
As a Customer Excellence & Logistics Intern, you will join the Consumer Brands business unit for the Summer 2027 term. This position offers exposure to supply chain operations through two rotations within the Customer Excellence & Logistics team. You will work on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas, to support projects that impact our logistics and customer service processes.
What you'll do#
- Complete two rotations in areas such as Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, & Replenishment (CPFR), customer service, deductions, or transportation.
- Analyze internal and customer data to find cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Assist in managing a portion of a CPFR analyst's portfolio.
- Work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to understand end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Support initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Apply data-driven decision-making to real business tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising junior or senior in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Data Science.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate your findings clearly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17 to August 13).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22-$27 per hour.
- Status: Full-time and paid internship.
- Note: This position does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support.
