    About the role#

    This internship is a full-time, paid position within the Adhesive Technologies business unit. You will join the team for the summer of 2027 to support product development for the Technomelt brand. The role runs from May 24th to August 13th.

    What you'll do#

    • Create product formulations in a lab setting.
    • Participate in lab-scale batch making for hygiene, packaging, and labeling adhesive applications.
    • Perform application testing to check product quality and performance.
    • Learn the full product formulation life cycle from initial development to market launch.
    • Use SAP systems to track data.
    • Interpret production and formulation data to provide insights for strategic decisions.

    What you'll need#

    • Current undergraduate student graduating in 2027, 2028, or 2029.
    • Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science Engineering.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Ability to interpret technical data and suggest actionable next steps.
    • Skills in strategic thinking and brainstorming.

    Location & details#

    • The position is located in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
    • This is an on-site role.
    • The pay range is $22 to $27 per hour.
    • No housing stipend or relocation support is provided for this role.
