    About the role#

    This Fellowship provides paid supervision hours through a structured clinical program. You will provide one-on-one care using ABA interventions to teach communication, daily living skills, and positive behaviors. The program includes a 7-level curriculum, BCBA mentorship, and 3 months of co-consulting with a BCBA for 30 hours per week. You will have access to unrestricted activities to help meet requirements for the BCBA exam.

    What you'll do#

    • Build trusting relationships with clients through social interaction.
    • Encourage the development of communication, social skills, and problem-solving.
    • Guide clients toward safe behaviors and provide positive reinforcement to increase desirable actions.
    • Accurately collect unbiased behavior data.
    • Train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs.
    • Conduct behavior-analytic assessments such as functional analyses and stimulus preference assessments.
    • Write and revise behavior-analytic programs.
    • Communicate with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and Clinical Directors.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in or graduation from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program.
    • For program eligibility, your school must have a BACB reported exam pass rate of 60 percent or higher for 3 consecutive years or hold ABAI/APBA accreditation.
    • Ability to pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
    • Must be an active RBT for 60 days with Helping Hands Family.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Location: 175 W Ostend St, Baltimore, MD 21230.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • Employment type: Full-time.
    • Term: Rolling.
    • Compensation: Paid position with a base salary range of $20.84 to $22.11 per hour.
