About the role#
This fellowship provides paid supervision hours for BCBA students through a structured clinical program. You will work one-on-one with clients to teach communication, daily living skills, and positive behaviors. The program includes a comprehensive 7-level curriculum designed to help you meet the requirements to sit for the BCBA exam, including unrestricted activities as defined by the BACB.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA behavior interventions.
- Collect unbiased behavior data and communicate with families and clinical staff.
- Conduct behavior-analytic assessments like functional analyses and stimulus preference assessments.
- Write and revise behavior-analytic programs.
- Train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs.
- Work with a BCBA mentor on guided practice and monthly meetings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or graduation from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program.
- Ability to pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
- Must be an active RBT for 60 days with Helping Hands Family.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for session notes and family interaction.
