About the role#
Labcorp is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will support strategic initiatives to better understand customer needs and improve experiences across the end-to-end journey. You will work alongside our team to use research, feedback, journey mapping, and analytics to drive improvements and support a customer-centric culture.
What you'll do#
- Analyze customer, operational, and survey data to identify trends and improvement recommendations.
- Support customer experience initiatives through feedback analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
- Assist with customer journey mapping activities, including research, workshop preparation, and documentation.
- Help develop presentations, communications, and materials for customer experience programs.
- Maintain CX resources, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Interest in customer experience, human-centered design, service design, market research, or business improvement.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- This position is remote, based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- The internship runs for 11 weeks, from June 1, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- This role is full-time at 40 hours per week.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
