About the role#
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support our recruitment efforts. This role provides hands-on experience with the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will contribute to HR projects and help improve our internal processes.
What you'll do#
- Post job requisitions and update candidate information in Ceridian Dayforce.
- Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across phone, video, and on-site formats.
- Source potential candidates using resume databases and networking sites.
- Provide research support to the recruitment team, including gathering market data.
- Assist with new hire orientation sessions.
- Process paperwork for temp-to-perm conversions, promotions, and transfers.
- Support various HR projects and process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing deadlines or requirements.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours when necessary.
- A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and adequate automobile insurance.

- The role is on-site and full-time.
