About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring a Behavior Hero Fellow to provide one-on-one ABA services. This role is part-time and based on-site in Hershey, Nebraska. We are looking for individuals who can commit to a 6-month period to support our clients.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Use evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as a member of our clinical team.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment and connect with families.
- Work in client homes or community-based locations.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An active RBT certification.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and a desire to support children with Autism.

Heartland ABA provides personalized, at-home therapy for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The organization serves individuals between 18 months and 21 years of age. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, the company operates as a privately held entity. It employs between 11 and 50 people.
