About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring Behavior Hero Fellows in the Saint Louis area. This role focuses on providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. You will work directly with clients to support their independence and growth. This is a part-time position that requires a six-month commitment.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Carry out skill-building and care plans as a member of the clinical team.
- Record session data accurately on electronic devices.
- Maintain a positive learning environment for clients.
- Communicate and connect with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin work.
- A willingness to learn and patience in challenging situations.
- Compassion and a calm demeanor.
- A focus on supporting children with Autism.

- Location: Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work modality: On-site in client homes or community locations.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling start dates.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
