About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis. This role focuses on providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. You will work directly with clients to implement care plans and support their development. This is a part-time position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Implement skill-building and care plans.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment for clients.
- Connect with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.
- A willingness to learn and a desire to make a difference for children with Autism.
Location & details#
- Location: Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work modality: On-site at client homes or community-based locations.
- Commitment: Candidates should be willing to make a 6-month commitment.
- Status: Paid, part-time position.
