About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring a Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow to join our clinical team in Saint Louis. This role focuses on providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. You will help implement care plans and support clients in their homes or in the community. We are looking for candidates who can commit to this role for at least 6 months.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment and communicate with client families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.
