About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring Behavior Hero Fellows to provide one-on-one therapy for children with Autism. This role is part-time and requires a 6-month commitment. You will work directly with clients to support their independence and growth.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Carry out skill-building and care plans as a member of our clinical team.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- A willingness to learn and patience in challenging situations.
- Compassion and a calm demeanor.
Location & details#
- Location: Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work modality: On-site in client homes or community-based settings.
- Status: Part-time with rolling start dates.
- Compensation: Paid position.
