About the role#
Heartland ABA is looking for individuals to join the team as a Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow. This role focuses on providing direct support to children with Autism. You will work in client homes or community settings to help them reach their goals. This is a part-time position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment.
- Connect with families as part of the clinical team.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you start working.
- Patience and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
- A willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.
- A commitment to a 6-month term.
