About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis. This is a part-time, paid role focused on providing one-on-one ABA services. You will work directly with clients to implement skill-building and care plans while recording session data on electronic devices. This role requires a 6-month commitment to working with children with Autism.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Act as a member of the clinical team to implement care plans.
- Record session data accurately.
- Create a positive learning environment for clients.
- Connect with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you start working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.

- Location: Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work modality: On-site in client homes or community locations.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling start dates.
