About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring Behavior Hero Fellows in the Saint Louis area. This role focuses on providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. You will work directly with our clinical team to implement care plans and support client independence. We are looking for individuals who can commit to this role for at least 6 months.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Carry out skill-building and care plans as part of our clinical team.
- Use electronic devices to record session data accurately.
- Create a positive learning environment for clients.
- Communicate and connect with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm during challenging moments.
- A willingness to learn and a commitment to helping children with Autism.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work is performed on-site at client homes or in community settings.
- Roles are part-time.
- This is a paid position.

Heartland ABA provides personalized, at-home therapy for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The organization serves individuals between 18 months and 21 years of age. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, the company operates as a privately held entity. It employs between 11 and 50 people.
