About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is a part-time role that involves providing one-on-one ABA services to clients. You will work directly with children with Autism to support their independence and positive behavior. We offer paid training for those starting out, and the position is open to individuals with backgrounds in education, childcare, mental health, or healthcare support. Candidates should be ready to commit to a 6-month duration.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as part of our clinical team.
- Use electronic devices to record session data accurately.
- Create a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm during challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and a desire to support children with Autism.

- This role is based in Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work is performed on-site at client homes or in community locations.
- This is a part-time, paid position.
