    About the role#

    This summer internship offers a chance to gain real experience through professional projects and hands-on challenges. You will work with a dedicated mentor who provides coaching and support to help you build technical skills. Throughout the program, you will also join cross-functional activities to learn about the company culture and connect with other interns.

    What you'll do#

    • Research and execute an objective-based project with your mentor.
    • Participate in cross-functional activities and professional development workshops.
    • Present your achievements and lessons learned to management.
    • Share your project deliverables with the team in an open forum.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a student at a post-secondary school.
    • A degree focus in Urban Planning or Civil Engineering.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
    • Good academic standing.
    • Enrollment for the Fall 2027 semester.
    • An expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
    • An official digital copy of your transcript.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Honolulu, Hawaii.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
    • Status: Full-time, paid position.
    • Modality: On-site.
