About the role#
We are looking for an Electrical Engineering student to join our Aviation Group for the Winter 2027 term. Based in our Vancouver office, you will work alongside professional engineers on major infrastructure projects. You will act as a technical resource, applying your observation and analytical skills to support design and field work.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with project engineers on drafting and design deliverables.
- Perform power system modeling and design tasks.
- Assist with quantity take-offs to support cost estimating.
- Conduct on-site field reviews for airport infrastructure, which may include night shifts.
- Prepare field review logs, design reports, and design drawings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 3rd or 4th year Electrical Engineering co-op program.
- Good academic standing.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- A valid passport for security clearance applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
