About the role#
This is a 10-week paid summer internship program running from May 27, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work within a global financial services environment, gaining industry knowledge through hands-on business assignments and projects. This role involves working alongside senior leaders and connecting with colleagues across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI applications and digital assistant solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Research and track advancements in natural language processing, machine learning, and LLM technology.
- Learn about our products, services, and company values.
- Build a professional network and engage with other interns.
- Ask questions and think broadly about data and information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or sophomore pursuing a degree in Computer Science.
- Experience in software development using Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with common libraries and frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, Agents, MCPs, AI Skills, and Context Engineering.
- Familiarity with AI coding harnesses like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Github Copilot, or Hermes.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

- This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Locations: New York, NY; Bethlehem, PA; or Holmdel, NJ.
