About the role#
This internship provides training and support for energy operations. You will learn the foundations of the industry and prepare for future career opportunities within the GROWMARK System.
What you'll do#
- Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and repair.
- Perform installations, leak checks, and tank leveling.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Follow company policies, including the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree or certification in agriculture, mechanics, welding, or a related field at a community or technical college.
- Good academic standing at the start of the program.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL license with required endorsements, a valid medical card, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to lift 51-70 pounds and work at heights or on elevated platforms.
- Willingness to travel independently and stay overnight when necessary.
- Strong communication, decision making, and skill development abilities.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
