About the role#
As a Communications and Design Intern, you will train under the Marketing Manager to support various marketing and communications functions at Insight FS. This role involves hands-on work with multimedia production and design projects.
What you'll do#
- Create multimedia content by storyboarding, filming, and editing videos.
- Take and edit photos for events, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Develop digital and print assets, including brochures, graphics, and social media content.
- Write and produce content for web, social media, and internal communications.
- Follow safety, environmental, and corporate compliance policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Communications, Graphic Design, or Media Studies.
- Standing as at least a second semester junior or first semester senior in good academic standing.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel independently and stay overnight when required.

- This position is based in Jefferson, Wisconsin.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling term.
