About the role#
Join the team at GROWMARK as an Accounting Intern for the Summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience with core accounting processes and modern digital workflows. This role is part of the GROWMARK Internship Program, which includes mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities. You will also complete and present a capstone project at the end of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Organize and maintain sales tax exemption records by verifying status and collecting documentation.
- Contribute to fixed asset record keeping by reconciling asset information and coordinating with location managers.
- Support the research and implementation of updated electronic document storage systems using SharePoint.
- Participate in company-wide internship meetings and training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or certification program in Accounting or Business Administration at a community college, technical college, or university.
- Proven computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work full-time for at least 12 weeks starting by May 24, 2027.
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips for program events.
