About the role#
As a Customer Insights and Satisfaction Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in how Greystar measures and acts on resident feedback. You will work directly with the Customer Insights team on reporting, resident experience, and process improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 running from June 2, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Gather and assess resident input to identify trends and understand business needs.
- Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.
- Review, triage, and categorize incoming resident concerns and support tickets.
- Route concerns to the appropriate teams and monitor follow-up timelines to ensure resolution.
- Communicate feedback to team members to support action plans.
- Assist senior team members with data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct research on customer satisfaction trends and present findings in a capstone project.
- Create process documentation to support team efficiency.
- Complete training programs and contribute to special projects alongside cross-functional partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program with a graduation date between December 2028 and May 2029.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
- A quantitative background showing analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics.
- High standards for accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn.
Location & details#
- This role is remote with the option for a hybrid work arrangement if you are located near a corporate office.
- Available in South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Georgia.
- Compensation is $25 per hour.
