About the role#
The Green Bay Packers are hiring a Community Outreach Intern for a one-year term beginning in January 2027. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Green Bay. You will support the team by managing donation requests, coordinating community programs, and assisting with football outreach events at Lambeau Field. The role requires a 40-hour work week, though you must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Attendance is required for home games, training camp, and marquee events like Family Night.
What you'll do#
- Manage donation correspondence and guide requestors through our online process.
- Process school projects, Eagle Scout recognitions, and military retirement requests using the BlackBaud Grantmaking System.
- Update the donation database with post-event information.
- Fulfill donation requests at the distribution center by picking, packing, and shipping items via UPS World Ship.
- Organize and stock inventory.
- Help plan and coordinate community events and programs.
- Assist with social media content and photography for community activities and game days.
- Write and revise community outreach publications.
- Coordinate department mailings.
- Support football outreach events and conduct research as directed by the Community Outreach Manager.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A self-motivated approach to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
