About the role#
The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and project support to the HR team. You will gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, data management, and company activities. This position reports to the Senior HR Manager.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruiting tasks, including interview coordination and candidate communications.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Manage employee records and HR systems while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Help with training sessions, company events, and various HR projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- This position follows a rolling term.
