About the role#
As an Operations Transformation Intern, you will support clients by developing and implementing operations modernization and improvement initiatives. You will work within the Operations Transformation practice to help clients achieve their vision while gaining hands-on experience in professional services.
What you'll do#
- Aid cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transformation initiatives.
- Create, interpret, and transform data and analytics into actionable performance insights.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal team members to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage and minimize engagement delivery risk by identifying issues and recommending remediations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, or operational assessments through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Demonstrated digital fluency through the use of technology, data, and basic AI tools.
- Proven ability to work in teams and deliver against tight deadlines.

- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
- Compensation: $37 per hour.
