Private Equity Investment Team 2027 Summer Analyst

About the role#

Graham Partners is seeking rising seniors (Class of 2028) for a 10-week Summer Analyst program in private equity. This internship provides exposure to the firm's investment activities, including live deal experience and direct interaction with senior investment professionals. Participants are paired with a full-time mentor and receive formal training in financial modeling, accounting, and investment analysis.

What you'll do#

• Build leveraged buyout models to support investment recommendations.
• Assist senior investment professionals with portfolio company management, including working with C-level executives.
• Participate in formal training programs, including financial modeling, case studies, and a scheduled learning series.
• Identify and present a potential new area of investment through an Investment Theme Project.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate student (Class of 2028).
• Exceptional academic credentials with a minimum 3.6 GPA.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and interact with senior investment professionals.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred but not required.
• Recommended majors include Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications, or Data Science.
