About the role#
Graham Partners is seeking rising seniors (Class of 2028) for the 2027 Summer Analyst program. This 10-week internship offers exposure to private equity through live deal experience and mentorship. Analysts are paired with a full-time Investment Team mentor to receive one-on-one training in deal analysis, professional writing, and financial modeling. Top-performing analysts may be considered for a full-time offer following graduation.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience in private equity through hands-on work and formal training.
- Build leveraged buyout models to support investment recommendations.
- Assist senior investment professionals with portfolio company management, including collaboration with C-level executives.
- Participate in formal training programs, including financial modeling, accounting courses, and a scheduled learning series with firm leadership and industry partners.
- Complete an investment theme project and analyze case studies.
What you'll need#
- Exceptional academic credentials with a minimum 3.6 GPA.
- Proven ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and interact with senior investment professionals.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred but not required.
- Candidates should be pursuing degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications, or Data Science.
