About the role#
This position offers hands-on experience in corporate credit management, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to support the credit team and gain exposure to core financial operations.
What you'll do#
- Process incoming cheques with high accuracy and assist with billing inquiries.
- Maintain the integrity of customer master data and manage both electronic and hard copy files.
- Run credit reference requests and obtain reports for new and existing accounts.
- Generate and review daily financial reports to track activities.
- Act as a liaison between the credit team and other departments to resolve account issues.
- Assist the credit manager and analysts with special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma, with preference for those pursuing education in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Strong foundational math skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.

- Location: Milton, Ontario.
- Work Modality: On-site (5 days in the office).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: Pay is based on post-secondary year ($20/hr for Year 1, $21/hr for Year 2, $23/hr for Year 3, and $24/hr for Year 4).
