About the role#
The Human Capital Management Summer Analyst program is a nine to ten week internship for students pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the firm.
What you'll do#
- Attend orientation to learn about the culture, benefits, and responsibilities of the firm.
- Complete training designed to help you succeed in your role.
- Work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and team members.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree.
- You have an interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- You have the ability to handle real responsibilities.
- You have a willingness to learn about the company culture.
