About the role#
This internship at Kite Pharma offers an opportunity to contribute to projects within the IT department. What you'll do#
- Manage deviations and CAPA processes within the Quality Management System, including authoring records based on investigations and interviews with system managers.
- Complete periodic reviews for IT systems as required by company processes.
- Create and modify standard operating procedures for IT system administration.
- Work on assigned projects and deliver a final presentation at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program, with continued enrollment in the following Fall semester.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to a 10 to 12-week full-time internship between May and August.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exposure to AI tools is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and independently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Foster City, California.
- Modality: Hybrid (on-site work is required).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship. Benefits include paid company holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees.
