About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within the CFO Alliance Management (IMO) team. You will gain experience at a biotechnology research organization while participating in professional development, leadership presentations, and community volunteer programs. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of the IMO Center of Excellence.
- Analyze integration data and metrics.
- Create executive communications and presentations.
- Conduct research and benchmarking.
- Support cross-functional project execution.
- Present your work in a final PowerPoint presentation near the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at a nationally accredited U.S. university.
- Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to 10 to 12 consecutive weeks of full-time work between May and August.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Independent work authorization in the United States now and in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Location: Foster City, California.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (on-site presence is required).
- Eligible majors include Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
