About the role#
Geotab is seeking a Product Management Intern to join the Installation Experience team. You will drive installer insights, conduct user research, and support product development. This role focuses on shaping the tools that installers rely on by connecting data-driven findings to actionable product decisions.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain the Installation Experience dashboard to track installer behavior, tool adoption, and support trends.
- Conduct direct outreach and interviews with installers to understand their workflows and pain points.
- Develop and maintain installer personas based on research data to guide team decision-making.
- Draft user stories and product requirements for the product team.
- Support User Acceptance Testing by defining test cases and documenting outcomes.
- Use AI tools to synthesize research, prototype solutions, and accelerate data analysis.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data.
- Strong written communication skills to present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work and prototyping.
- Experience or interest in hardware-software integrated products.

- Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (8 to 12 months).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
