About the role#
As an Assembly Intern, you will work directly with our mechanical engineering design and production team. This role provides hands-on experience with the manufacturing process for our rifle scopes and muzzle breaks. You will help our team maintain inventory, manage assembly tasks, and improve product quality.
What you'll do#
- Assemble rifle scope and muzzle break components into finished products.
- Help track inventory for both individual parts and completed items.
- Assist with the painting process for manufactured goods.
- Perform quality control checks on parts and finished assemblies.
- Troubleshoot product issues and identify potential design flaws during the assembly process.
What you'll need#
- Current residency in the Columbia, Missouri area or the ability to relocate.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a hard work ethic.
- Flexibility to work some weekends based on product demand.
- A clean background.
- Knowledge of gun sights is preferred.

- This is an on-site, part-time, paid internship located in Columbia, Missouri.
- The position is on a rolling term.
