About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship based in Atlanta. You will report to the Culture and Inclusion Strategy and Alignment Leader. The role requires working 40 hours per week on-site. You will handle sensitive information and interact with internal staff, vendors, and external agencies.
What you'll do#
- Design, implement, and manage programs that align with global organizational goals.
- Manage external partnerships to support business talent needs and improve the employee experience.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and employees to drive culture transformation and change management.
- Support strategic projects by conducting research and providing recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative 3.0 G.P.A. on a 4.0 scale.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.
