    About the role#

    As an Aeroderivative Industrialization Intern, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will help operationalize industrialization initiatives across the aeroderivative portfolio, which includes the LM2500, LM6000, and LMS100 fleets. This role provides exposure to how technical, operational, and supply chain challenges are translated into business results.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the execution of industrialization projects by maintaining schedules, action trackers, milestone plans, and risk logs.
    • Develop and improve standard work, operating rhythms, and governance processes to ensure consistent project execution.
    • Assist in building and maintaining integrated project schedules to help accelerate industrialization initiatives.
    • Analyze project data, timelines, and business priorities to identify opportunities to improve execution speed.
    • Facilitate project reviews, working sessions, and cross-functional team meetings by documenting actions and decisions.
    • Prepare status updates and dashboards to communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders.
    • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Repair Development, Product Management, and Services teams.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Must have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

    • Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
