About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Salt Lake City. You will work on-site with the Systems Engineering team to support documentation and testing processes for medical platforms and products.
What you'll do#
- Define attributes and properties needed for system documentation.
- Learn the structure of testing levels and how they integrate with our management tools.
- Collaborate across departments to incorporate team requirements, testing needs, and dependencies.
- Track requirements at the system and subsystem levels.
- Propose ways to organize documentation more efficiently.
- Study Risk Management documentation and how it interacts with systems design requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for System Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Completion of at least your sophomore year.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Availability to complete a 10-to-12-week full-time internship.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, as we do not provide visa sponsorship.
